Now I don't have to remove the stairs to check the oil or align the prop.

So that's where you put it. Good idea for this winter.
Anyone else align their prop for racing?

I have a round access port just aft of the engine cover to align the prop. Every little bit of drag reduction helps.

I've been wanting to do this on Mouse. Were you able to remove the engine housing from the boat to cut the hole or did you just make a big fiberglassy-dusty mess inside the boat to do it?
