J/30 Class Association Forums J/30 Forum Events and Scheduling 2023 NA in Bristol R.I.

Hey all, I have a question about the NA's. How do some of you get your boats to the desired event? do you sail them or ship them. I have plotted my course for next year and from Hyannis to Bristol is about 70nm. This is full day of power sailing that we are up for. Just wondering if its more of a hassle one way or the other if weather is an issue..

Way easier to sail in my opinion, but I've never trucked the boat. We're looking at 130miles+ from WLIS

That's an easy trip to get to NAs via your own bottom.

I'm sure the Annapolis fleet would be jealous.
