I assuming that’s a yanmar with a water pump behind that pulley. Is the shaft seized? Or is it that the pulley failed and wore itself. I hope the shaft turns and therefore no overheat occurred. Looks like a new water pump and pulley. Check that the belt is not too tight. Good luck. Dan #409

Same happened to me on Rhapsody years ago. The raw water pump is seized. Get a new pump, pulley and belt.

I ordered a new water pump with Pulley from Yanmar in FL.
Installed in about 10 minutes - 2 bolts 2 hose clamps. The engine works great now.
