Does anyone or has anyone replaced the tracks that the cabin hatch slides in. Mine have become razor sharp on the outer edges and sticks when pulling it out. Looking to replace them if possible.

I bought new pvc tracks from Integrity Marine. I have not yet done the work to replace them. Some folks go with Al from Home Depot or McMaster Carr. I got sidetracked with swapping out my fuel tank. There’s some one on a hatch slide thread that has some to sell.

Ryan, I finally took the hatch cover off today and I was struck with a simple solution to replacing the rails. The existing rails can flipped around so the stern end is now the bow end and the bad edge down. The existing holes in the boat can be epoxied and new holes drilled. However I did buy new rails so I’ll install them. Just a thought. Dan #409
