You'll be much happier with the extra torque of the TP-22. The TP-10 will be ok for motoring but won't handle any unbalanced sail conditions. The TP-22 can also be driven by simnet or NMEA0183 if you want to integrate with instruments.

We went for the TP-32 when our old autohelm failed. As Bill mentioned, it also can be networked to an existing NMEA network.
