My throttle control, has worked itself loose, and I am not sure how to tighten this up. The mount on the inside, where there is three screws are still scecured, but the entire (shafted) system is loose. Does anybody have a diagram or the orginal throttle control layout?

What's your system look like? There were a ocuple of variations that seem to have been built. (In particular, do you have a single lever, with a pull for neutural, or do you have a shifter and a throttle lever?
What's loose? The control cables as they enter the control, or parts of the control itself? I'm not quite able to tell from your description. In most of the systems, there's a set of clips which capture the push/pull cables. If you can tell us whether that's what you're looking at, or another part being adrift, it would help. - David

I have a single Shift lever, with a pull out for Neutral; the shaft part of the shift is loose.

As I recall when I replaced mine, there's a hole on the underside of the round housing which accesses a set screw. Removing the pull-knob, handle and set-screw allowed the cover to come off to access the mounting screws. Memory is hazy but destructive tools were necessary at that point to advance the cause.
