We have J152 in the UK - now only used for cruising and we need a number 3 jib in fair condition - I can arrange collection / transportation from the US so please let me know what's available.

Tks

Ian - Great to hear of another J/30 owner on the other side of the pond. I have two old #3 Dacron sails that are stored in my basement. I think it is a 1993 Doyle with battens. I'll check it out this weekend to confirm. I've actually got three #3s - 2 Dacron and one Carbon I use for racing. I use the Dacron #3 for minimal every day use and it is "average" condition, just based on the age.

Send me an email (address in header here) and I'll forward you a link to update the class database with your boat information.

Larry,
I could use that #3 if you haven't sold it already. The one I have is still the original sail from 1979 thanks,

I sent an email to Ian but am not sure my messages are getting past the spam filter. Here's the info.

The sail is a 1993 Shore Sails heavy Dacron #3 Genoa. It has #6 luff tape and 3 battens. It also has a Shore Sails bag but the bag was marked for a #2 Genoa that I no longer have. I inventoried and stored this sail in 2006 and this was marked in "good" condition. I'll sell it for $250. If you have a contact person in the US I'd be happy to arrange inspection if you'd like and to coordinate any shipping.

On a separate note, I added a record in the class database for your boat Katla and sent you an email with the link. Please click on this record and update information as appropriate.

Luke -
I sold my #3 to Ian. I have several other sails for sale, 1's, spinnakers and Mains.

Send me an eamil and I will send you a list.

I would be interested in a used # 3 as well.

I am sailing with a 1979 # 3. Obviously, I rarely use it in a race, mostly for heavy air cruising.

Dan - look on the class \"For Sale\" page near the bottom. Alan Veenstra has one in Chicago that sounds like it's in decent shape.

After re-reading what he has, it's a storm sail smaller than a #3
