Anyone know the condition of this boat. We have a club member (western Lake Erie) that is interested in buying a J/30; that would make 3 and a good start on some serious 1 design racing.

If not this one, any other good leads on J/30's?

Hi Im new to the forum. I bought Hull #379 in Tampa a few months ago. While I was on my search I looked At this boat. She needs some work On a scale of 1-10 she is a 5 maybe. The bulkheads had water stains, cracked gel coat, and no sail inventory. I did not look at it in person. This was just based on pictures given to me by the owner. His name is Capt Dick. It took him a few days to get back in touch with me, but he was nice and answered all of my questions.

Still a good price. If core is dry, its a great price.
BTW my bulkheads have water stains, but the core around my chainplates we're relatively dry.
I painted mt teak bilge cover, all you wood lovers out there.
