I'd suggest checking the fuel line from the tank to the engine, probably near the engine. You may have a small hole that only leaks when there is enough head (fuel depth) to push fuel through the hole. Any leak in the tank itself should go directly into the bilge. The leak may be originating near the engine sea cock (kingston valve) behind the nav station and running to port.
That's my best guess.
