So, here I am, still in the boatyard... now that they've had all year to fix it the call is that the thruhulls need work... the flushmount ones that are on the boat are not carried here in the islands so it looks as though I have to order them and FEDEX... can any of you point me in the right direction?Any notes on the exact sizes and/or part number would be incredibly helpful. Thanks

While I had quicksilver out this year I measured the through-hulls. I wrote them all down on a slip of paper that I have no idea where is now. If I remember right they are:

Galley sink 1 1/2
head sink 3/4 or 1
head intake 3/4
Anchor well 3/4
waste outlet 1 1/4

I don't think I had the size for the engine intake but would guess 1 or 1 1/4. The ball valve should have the size on it. With the boat out of the water just measure the size of the opening and you will have the size of the through hull.
A good site with drawings and part numbers is http://groco.net/

Anyone with more knowledge, please feel free to correct me!
