Vee Jay #505 is now retired in Naples FL. The warm water and sunshine seems to make it feel good all over.

But it is yearning to mate with another J30.

There used to be a J30 in Marco ... anyone have any leads?

In any case anyone wanting to sail with me this winter ... send me an email, so far a 90 mile overnight race to Boca Grande and a weekend phrf regatta this last month or so.

Could it be that you posted the message about the Marco J-30 just 22 minutes before I sent you an e-mail introducing myself? I'm not sure about letting your boat mate with my boat. Although she's just turning 21 I think she's still a virgin. Maybe a courtship with chaperons would be more appropriate. See you soon.

roger, roger ... J30 is like a cult ... or maybe a fettish ... I never could get those things right... but the thought waves go out and other J30s hear it and relay the message to their owners.

but maybe it might be more like dogs in heat.

Dave ... I can go out almost any day I can get crew and don't have a doctor's appointment ... Hey we're retired down here.

You ought to see how a couple of old guys can set up the spin, using the auto helm,
crack a couple of beers, and sit back on those nice new stern seats for a 10 mile run.

So, great now theres two J30s on the west coast of florida...that equates to a race doesn't it? We'll have to get out of miami and come see you all over there?!!! Dave, if you get down in Feb, give us a call too, not a J30 but we also do have a raceboat in Miami...and when are you getting all the way to paradise to race? J.Doe is staying the BVI all winter...STThomas a little bit.
