In excellent condition and ready for racing and cruising. The boat has been modified for offshore sailing by adding a one-foot Jim Taylor designed keel extension which has made the boat much more stable for offshore cruising and racing. If one-design configuration keel is desired, will remove keel extension and restore to original shape.

The racing PHRF rating is 138 and cruising is 147. The boat has been lightly used and is ready to be launched. The bottom has recently been spray-painted and burnished, the hull and mast have been waxed and buffed, the woodwork has been varnished. She is all ready to go!
