the redhead Senior Member Joined: May 2007 Posts: 268 Miami, Florida USA	Last season I was offered one of the last slips in Red Hook, St Thomas, for a mere $985.00usd a month, plus electric, water. J30s are not megayachts, but we pay the same price... I'm fortunately on a friends mooring...
