J/30 Class Association Forums J/30 Forum The Boat, Sails and Equipment Interior Woodwork Refinishin, not teak floor

Looking for guidance on refinishing:
1)veneer on chain plate bulkheads (water damage from leaking plates)
2)water damage to shelves above main cabin berths
3)water damage to several ash ribs above main cabin berths

Any help or guidance is much appreciated.
