In pulling a through-hull that was suspected to be NOT potted and to pass through exposed core, it was found that the through-hull was indeed potted in glass and resin and was isolated from the core.
Did TPI seal or pot all the trhough-hulls when the boats were built? Other than the exhaust, do any pass directly through core? If so, which ones? Thanks for the help.

Eric, On #397 there is solid glass which is how I assume it came from the factory. David

On #337, I can confirm that the part of the hull where the transducers and toilet water intake through-hull are mounted is solid glass, presumably from the factory. I can see the inside of the hull get thinner around that whole area due to the lack of core.
I haven't examined the cooling water intake or overboard waste discharge, so I don't know about these.

Can anyone confirm the core issue around the through hulls? Which ones pass through plain core?

I can confirm the the engine intake and galley sink drain is isolated from the core. I assume the head sink is as well but have not verified.
