hi, I have two spin halyards on judicious and it allows you to do spin peel if required also it allows you to hoist with the mast man always on the windward side of the mast as the starboard halyard exits the mast on the port side of the mast and vice versa. Send me you're email address and I will take a couple of photo's next time i'am down at the yard.

Jim was kind enough to email photos, but they are different than those on Kenyon and Hall masts. That might be due to the fact that Judicious' is located in the UK and apparently has a new mast. Fittings are quite a bit different with forestay attachment, jib and spin halyards all separate components.
